Charlie couldn't be more excited! Tonight she was going to the Moulin Rouge with her Aunt Callisto. Mother had said it would be okay, but she didn't seem overwhelmingly happy. Still, early this week mother had met her after class and had helped her pick out a new scarf and this beautiful new fascinator to wear.
